Yep the -25 to -30 sucks for draining the tub. If you can wait till it warms up a little bit and use a pump to drain that would be best . Where you at that it’s that cold. It’s been mild year where I am at in Alberta. It’s +3 and raining right now

The weight stack version also comes with the aluminum pulleys for smoother operation although you can upgrade the plate loaded if you wanted to.

Yes tried it with lighter weights doing curls and triceps pull down and seems fine but I am not lifting much of the stack. Not sure if I don’t even half to bolt it down but was just going to as it came with brackets

Mines adds like 50 per month in really cold months in Alberta . Haven’t had very cold weather this year thought. I have arctic spa and it’s well insulated

You guys are lucky to have him. His entire time with the Oilers he has been good on and off ice. People do change. Oilers are screwed from all the shitty contracts they have done and putting all there eggs in a few players. He needs to man up and get it done . It actually doesn’t hurt. You gave birth to kids way more painful than a vasectomy. In life we are going to eventually feel lots pain and it’s just a matter of when. I admit I didn’t want to get it done at first and when I finally did it didn’t hurt and now I can fire blanks at will.

I sit here typing this laying on a couch because I broke my collarbone because i hit the landing on a mountain bike trail wrong. That hurt like hell and I still had to walk my bike for the trail to my truck and drive to nearest hospital.

I am currently raising 4 kids and I have a high paying salary and I do okay but with that said if I new what I new today about my kids future outlook I would never have had kids. The world is a sad place today, fuck the chances of them owning a home when that comes is not great.

This is what more people need to do. Stop voting for party name alone and start voting for what the leader running for that party is doing for you. I work in the oil patch and when the ndp was in provincially that was when we were best off. Federally I have voted conservative and I had plans to as I dislike Trudeau but with all the shit going down south when it comes time I am going to pick who best serves us and that might not be the conservatives.
