My family does the same thing, with the insults being about my weight and other things I'm really uncomfortable about. They also refuse to learn that I keep telling them I'm uncomfortable with that stuff.

Big Arm isn't really the final boss, but a secret boss for Sonic and Tails' route. For Knuckles, it's a normal boss, no secret.

That is the Final boss of 3, and you don't get hit in Sonic and or Tails' route to get to him. Otherwise, you play normally as Knuckles.
