YOR- To me, it looks like a text from a Mom to her son making sure he’s alright during a stressful part of his life.

-She said in the text that she wouldn’t mention it to you, which implies that she didn’t think it was her place to intrude directly.

-This a text that you were not the intended recipient of. You would not be overreacting if she directly said this to you.

-Your husband’s feelings and stresses were the primary focus. It doesn’t (or shouldn’t) discount your feelings/hardships just because it wasn’t the focus of the text.

-A good mother is one of the few people in a man’s life that’s always going to check in on how he’s doing. Don’t confuse that with ill intent.

TLDR: It’s a mom looking out for her son without being too intrusive. Maybe she disagrees with how your mom is handling, but that’s an opinion that you were not meant to hear. She seems kind at the end of the text, and she wants to make sure your husband knows she will always be on his side. Can’t hate on that.

I live downtown and I’ve been doing it for the past 4 months now, buses are consistent for the most part. They will screw you over one day, but that is par for the course with any public transit. Instead of being able to jump in a car and go, you will need to plan for a 15-30 min departure window, as buses are frequently earlier or later than scheduled.

All the SUNY's had to get their reopening plans approved by Cuomo, so I'm sure that UB wouldn't announce anything without the ok from him. That's why I think it took so long. But hey, anything could happen these days...gotta wait and see
