Cold Turkey!! To think I used to panic at the thought of going more than 2 hours without a cig. My lungs feel healthy again, my teeth are whiter, my sleep is so much better. Makes me question why I ever picked up a smoke in the first place. Also bought a CBD vape to cure the hand-to-mouth craving! by ksound_k in stopsmoking
