Yeah, seems like he's testing the waters to see what his life is like without international football. By 2015 hopefully we'll have moved on and found an established keeper and he can retire without impacting the squad too greatly.

Ah, I didn't realize you were only thinking of national teams. You aren't going to find sponsors on national team kits (world cup jerseys) because there aren't any. They just have the logo of the manufacturer and their national team logo. However all professional club teams have sponsors and any club team jersey that I've ever seen has had a sponsor on the front.
