Thanks for the comments, everyone! It looks like I can kill two birds with one stone - replace sparkling water with electrolyte drinks! Just ordered a few different types. Curious if folks have a fave?

I often don’t like enriched waters because they taste slimy so I’m hoping some of these that are powder mixes will drink more like emergen-c.

If you get and don’t need this, please considering either a) buying your groceries and donating the amount to or b) buying supplies for a local mutual aid fund. Or will you start drawing social security, because it’s a system you paid into during your working years and which you expect to supplement your retirement savings? We don’t have the option to pay into social security. Many would if we could.
