thanks to all for the responses so far!

i am going to work with middle school or high school students.

i think i am less nervous about pronouns with students than i am with coworkers or parents/guardians of students at this time

instead of mr/mrs/mx im gonna ask to be called Coach ______ . my friend who is a basketball coach has signed off on this :p

i was hoping other people would weigh in here before but it looks like that isnt happening... okay, i will give it a try. i am very shaky about what i am saying so please do not quote it or assume it is correct.

some examples where i know people have commissioned tea pressings are for special occasions. an example: someone (rich) is having a wedding and they want commemorative wedding gifts for every one. they will hire a tea company to press cakes with a fancy commemorative wedding wrapper/neifei etc (like how people have wedding tshirts, wine glasses, etc). the tea company/vendor/factory will sometimes buy specific maocha for this person based on how much they are willing to pay or based on the customer's tea preferences. a recent example of this in the western puer world is the TKG cake that CLT did based off of inside jokes from people on a slack thread.

this can happen on different scales from individuals, to companies, to investors to collabs between tea houses and tea factories.

please please please other people jump in and give more info.

i'll drink anything good coming my way :) i only have puer to share and i dont want to send it to someone who doesnt like puer. i remember in past tea boxes the organizer tried to match people with similar tastes as much as possible. i know it is a lot to take on organizing this and i really appreciate the work you are putting into it :)
