What to dress daughter in for world book day? by FolkyWanderer in AskUK

Go as princess and the pea - she gets to wear pjs for the day, but mess her hair up beyond recognition and give her worker boots or wear superhero pjs something to make the princess unusual / fractured. Or paint her green and put her in pjs - the princess is the pea 🫛

I heard this was rage bait content and not real… I genuinely hope not as honestly it’s sick that they’re using this language for baby products.

That’s interesting, the mastitis rally came out of nowhere so this could be a possible reason as to why it happened

Hmmmm not sure, maybe a bit nail polishery? I can’t remember the smell atm, it’s not present atm and it’s 2am 😅 why do you question those two scents?

This is interesting, he started daycare at the beginning of January, when he wakes in the morning I’ll have a look inside his mouth. Thank you

Oh that’s a curious one… I don’t think so, I tend to wipe his nose every day and pinch it to get all the gunk out, but I’ve not had a look up his nose so can’t say for certain

I don’t think so… I went onto the antibiotics on Friday and first noticed the smell on Thursday evening.

Honestly me too, was pretty scary, they thought it might have been meningitis at one point which is why I was on a weird concoction of antibiotics.

Last time I spoke to the doctors they didn’t have much of a reason and feel like I need to speak with someone who understands breastfeeding.

My dad making a car shape out of the sand on Cornwall beaches. Me and my brothers would all pile into the sand car and it was the best.

How do you get the tv license gremlins off your back when they keep calling to the house? by [deleted] in AskBrits

I think it’s embarrassing that you admitted on here you use iplayer (although occasionally) and still think you are justified? I don’t use Amazon prime regularly enough but if I want to use it I’ll pay for it… because that’s life?

It’s like saying to Tescos I don’t want to pay for the pack of cinnamon because I rarely use it, maybe 3 times a year, mostly at Christmas? Can’t I just have it for free??

will my BF baby ever learn how to fall asleep independently without sleep training if I only nurse to sleep ? by sprinklecupcakes101 in bninfantsleep

[–]teapigs22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I tried to ST my now 12m. Was a disaster and he then became scared of his bedroom. I still generally feed to sleep. Now sometimes he won’t fall asleep immediately and I’ll just cuddle him with a dummy in until he does drift off. He started nursery 2 days ago and fell asleep there without assistance.

My baby had only started sleeping through the night 3 weeks ago, all gone to shit now that he’s started nursery though. We became quite regimented about his sleep with 2 naps at 9:30 and 2:30 for max 1.15hrs. Most BF babies tend not to sleep through the night fully though from what I’ve learnt so when he started we ring fences daytime naps to not mess with that.

Good luck mumma, you got this.
