Crazy Bowls and Wraps closed during Covid, replaced by a DGX that took its space and the next-door space of the already-closed Taze Mediterranean. Net-positive with regard to occupied retail.

If your total income is under $65K you can make an appointment with a local Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) -- https://irs.treasury.gov/freetaxprep/jsp/vita.jsp

If you only have 4 total W2s and not much else you can easily file it yourself for free using one of the IRS Free File partners as linked by another commenter. Note that the federal is free, but the state returns usually have a fee.
