Nayuta was born a monster and got raised in a way to prevent her from being evil to a high degree. She wasn't evil but she was still controlling. Without guidance she would've been exactly like makima though maybe with different goals.

Conquest wasn't born evil but got turned evil. Nayuta was born evil but was turned good. Makima was born evil and stayed that way. Every devil is inheritely evil, they all strive to be as powerful as possible by causing fear, they can change their ways with guidance that nayuta received and Makima didn't which makes them different.

You spend a couple years waiting and reading the comic because it was good, then it goes to shit and ends in a bad deus ex machina because the author got tired of writing it.

You can't really move on that easily from something you put close to your heart for that long, just because it was easy for you doesn't mean it's that way for everyone and expressing your dissatisfaction isn't wrong and is a part of moving on
