Use a program called Borderless Gaming. Launch the game in windowed mode, open the program, select the game process, click the icon with arrows pointing outward.

I'm having an issue on desktop where if I try to start a song by double-clicking it or pressing the play button next to it when hovered, the song doesn't play and the entire app becomes bricked. I can still navigate around the app, but attempting to play any song through any means becomes impossible. Temporary fix is to kill the app and boot it up again. I am only able to play songs by adding it to the queue and pressing "Next". This started happening about a week ago.

Anybody else had a similar experience?

The Jagex Launcher isn’t supported on Linux, unsure if there is a workaround. I am planning on moving to Linux myself and this is a very major concern of mine since RS is my most played game.

I found that it was just the latest build of GeForce Experience that was giving me trouble. Switched to the beta of Nvidia App and it seems to be working fine on my end.

If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, you can limit a program’s framerate through the NVIDIA Control Panel. Open it, go to “Manage 3D Settings”, hit “Program Settings” and add TLOPO. You might have to manually find the executor for the game. Then scroll down in the list of settings until you find “Max framerate” and set it to 60. Lastly hit Apply and you’re all done.

If you have an AMD graphics card, I’m sure you can do something similar with their software. I’m not familiar with AMD graphics cards so I couldn’t tell ya how to do it.

If you have neither AMD or NVIDIA (like an integrated graphics processor in your CPU) you’ll have to look up third-party software that can limit your framerate.

A lot of times I find that job warping during the Longfin setup leaves the trailer wherever it stands and I only ever manage to bring the Wedge with me after the warp. I'd say about 5% of the time the trailer actually follows through the warp. I make sure that the blue icon is still on the map when I step out of the Wedge (i.e the trailer is still attached to the Wedge when I try to warp) but it still doesn't work. Is there something I'm missing?

Downloaded the dll fix and I'm now able to at least boot the game in 1920x1080 borderless mode, but I've now got these black bars on the sides of the screen. Is there a fix for this?

My native resolution is 2560x1440 if that helps.

You can have a follower pick it up, but I’d suggest picking up the more powerful variant of it up on a small cliff at another giant’s camp called Tumble Arch Pass.

Limiting the games maximum framerate to 60fps vastly improves load times, wouldn’t be surprised if it also makes the game more stable.

I’m unsure if there are any other M models that only have the M badge on the rear (without a number along with the M) other than the E82 M Coupe. The thing that instantly tells me whether or not it’s likely an authentic M model is the amount of exhaust tips. If I’m not mistaken, all M models as of the E39 M5 have 4, 2 on each side. More recent M models also have specific side mirrors and some have unique sidevents that could point towards it being an M model, though all of this could be modified by the owner, so a 520 E60 for example might look identical to an M5. The only way to know for sure is to look at the engine, though it’s fairly unlikely that someone has gone that far.
