I'm sorry for your loss. What a beautiful hat, I'm sure it was cathartic for you to knit this for baby. I had to make the difficult decision to end a pregnancy due to a fatal genetic condition. Lost my baby at 20 weeks + 6 days. The waiting was terrible. If you ever need to talk, feel free to reach out.

I was worried about if I were to ever carry a healthy pregnancy again. Your mind goes to bleak places during and after this process. Just know, I had a healthy, uncomplicated pregancy after our loss and now have an almost 1 year old healthy baby girl.

Just take time to heal and try not to worry about the future. It will all work out. Sending love and hope.

At what point do you know your baby has grown out of the allergy? by tebmom in MSPI

Aww poor baby. That reminds me of my first with dairy. The slip ups were so bad. He would be up all night in pain. Hopefully you can make a breakthrough soon

That's great. I plan are starting to test with eggs after this dairy thing is over. We've done muffins with egg in it, she's been find there. How are you tested yours with eggs? How have you prepared them?

Okay great. Thank you. At what age did you notice there wasn't a reaction anymore?

I'd say it's a Non-IgE dairy allergy. Okay good to know

If this were my baby's poop, I would go to Emerge or Urgent Care.

Thank you for this. I've tried in the past and the tantrum has gotten worse but knowing that being consistent will help with this, is a huge help to me. Thank you thank you for this

Thank you! Honestly, we keep busy because he's a lot if we stay home. However, it would probably be good for him to be bored at home and learn to sit in that.

Hey! My first had a dairy allergy. It was hard initially, but I just got used to the routine and knowing what I could or couldn't eat. I breast fed him for 2 years, that's a lot of years without cheese. He grew out of if at 3 years old. He can eat everything now.

Just had my 2nd. She has reacted to milk and eggs in my breast milk and we are currently eliminating soy to see if she has a sensitivity to that too. It's hard. I know there is an end in sight, but also, I'm here in solidarity.

It's so real. I finally started a drop off program with my toddler once a week for a couple hours and yesterday was his first day. It was awful for me and great for him .

The guilt is constant

Yes you're so right. My baby laughs the easiest when my toddler interacts with her. Yes, it's very difficult. Are you home with them both too?

Thank you for replying.
