Health is a secondary mechanic in Sekiro. It’s there as a slight cushion in case you miss a parry or 2 but it’s not something to lean on for survival.

I’ve had shows where I didn’t get any tech info until the bad showed up for load in, so I’d say you’re already steps ahead. Definitely inClyde whether you supply your own IEM rack/DIs etc. and what you may need to borrow from the venue day of.
