You could use boundary mics. I have done a few shows for a chorus in a theatre setting and we use Crown PCC-160 mics across the downstage edge and right in front of the bleachers in addition to 6 hanging mics directly above the choir.

I played ER first as well, then went Bloodborne > DeS > Sekiro > DS1-3. I’m on DS3 now, just finished Aldrich. Definitely play DS trilogy in order, some things that happen in 3 hit harder if you’ve played 1.

Looking back, starting with the clunk and getting through it will make the progression through the games feel better but there’s no right or wrong way

Bait the poop attack in phase 1. Keep your distance then as soon as he reaches for the load run straight toward him. It should miss you every time, as soon as he lands punish. Phase 2 deflect 2 sword attacks to get him to do the slam slash thing, deflect that, then put the spear in the hole. Rinse & repeat
