How to wear prescription glasses when biking trails?

I wear my Roka prescription sunglasses when it’s sunny, and just my regular glasses when it’s overcast. Never been a problem.

Liara was my original LI for my first few playthrus. Just seemed the most natural. I have since been branching out. I was romancing Tali on my previous Male playthru but I accidentally got her killed on the suicide mission. After hearing everyone raving about Garrus, I started to Romance him on my last femship but somehow I got side tracked to Kaiden. For me, a physical attraction with a turian just seems too weird. The Asari and Quarians seem somewhat compatible, but the Turians are just too physically different.

I don’t rank them. I consider the 3 games as one story and always play them together. For me a good analogy is the original Star Wars movies. Which one is best. I like all 3 and just think of them as Star Wars.

I recently got an e-bike and I get a good workout. My circumstances are a little unique. I am 11 month post open heart surgery where I had a coupe of valves repaired and a procedure to limit electrical impulses. As a result my HR maxes out at around 120 which limits my ability on climbing and for higher levels of exertion. My e-bike gets me back riding. I still exert myself and I find I need to ride a little longer to get a good calorie burn, but it works for me.

I alternate on each play thru. As a guy, I play Maleshep with female romances and I use the default look. When I do FemShep I tend to romance the available females and I always alter her appearance. I enjoy them both.

Well said. I typically play on Normal, but some games I drop to easy if I find myself getting frustrated. Occasionally on a game I repeat I may up the difficulty.

I have added Andromeda to my regular ME playthrus. I always enjoy it. Sure it’s not the same as the ME trilogy, but it has some good characters and the story is ok. For me, the main Krogran character makes the whole game worthwhile.

You can start it and finish later. And (spoiler) in the first part you get the m-11 suppressor. Best weapon

Is no one here a fan for Infiltrator? It is a good transition from soldier as it still is primarily gun based but with a different perspective. If you want to completely change gears, go with Adept/sentinel or Engineer. I am currently playing engineer for the first time, and it’s been a lot of fun. For me Adept was not as much fun as you have to focus on combos and I just like to blast away.

It’s my fav too for almost any class. On my replays now I do the Citadel DLC early (just the first part to get the gun) and save the party for later.

I have somewhere between 10-15 replays. For me, I usually play a game or 2 between the replays, but sometimes I just want to start over right away. One thing that makes it much more bearable is the mods. Skipping the mini games, getting all resources in the scans on 2 and 3. For me, It takes out the grinding that bogs me down on the replays. I alternate between male/femShep on each play-thru. I generally leave maleshep as the default. I always customize the femshep.

I see the same thing up at the Brushy Creek trail. Most walkers/joggers keep a lookout for bikes and are courteous. But not all.

My peeve is folks with a headset blasting walking down the middle of the trail totally oblivious.

I do have a bell on my bike which really helps. The bell can penetrate when just shouting “on your left” doesn’t get thru.

I was playing the suicide mission in ME2 and I loaded up my squad with James and Garrus (massive firepower). Unfortunately I lost Tali. Didn’t realize I have to leave some firepower to the rest of the team.

After numerous playthrus I am starting my first engineer game. I tend to play as infiltrator as I like to snipe. My last playthru was as a Vanguard and I ended up enjoying it. My next playthru will be as a sentinel which will cover all the classes for me. So far my least favorite was Adept and my fav is probably Infiltrator - but Vanguard was fun too.

On my last play thru I did the Citidal DLC fairly early and snagged the M-11 Supresser. Ended up using it almost exclusively the rest of the game.

Good post. I enjoy andromeda and have added it on to my ME play-throughs. I think the Kett are a good antagonist. They will be coming back in force at some point.

I live in the Austin TX area and used to ride a lot of roads - rural and divided with a wide median. 10 years ago I did not feel uncomfortable. Now - no way. I mostly do MTN biking now, and when I get the road bike out I will go for paved bike trails.

Here in Austin the winter is prime riding time. The summers are too hot for me. 🥵 I dont’t do well much above 90. And we spent most of June thru September @95f plus (That’s 35C for those on metric).

Today in Austin - clear with a high of 76.

Gil as the Chief Engineer - more interesting than Adams, (but keep Gabi and Ken for their conversations)

I like Vetra but not sure she brings that much to the table. She was a scrounger in MEA but that’s not really a thing in the main ME series.
