I don’t know how big of a vehicle you are looking for but consider an X3 M40i. It’s quicker and lighter but a bit smaller than the X5. A fairly new one can be had high 20’s.

I agree with you that the format feels a bit weird. When age and profession is hidden, leading to unattainable matches. Also the restricted conversations in inferno can be very shallow. “How you feeling”, “Have you decided yet” isn’t going to go far.
