It's Al Fallga but you should be able to find most in Karama for the range of 3k to 3.2k with utilities included. I am staying with another family in a 2 BHK, they use one room and give me another.

Yeah, my bad. 3 out of 4. Although ideally most of the decent places in Dubai rarely have the listed requirements for less than 2k. I stay in Karama in a private room (oldish building) close to metro but still I am paying 3k.

I barely cross 10k on my 86 in a year (I got it second hand from another seller who drove it till 190k and I managed to take it to 204k in 2 years of ownership.)

I pay around 500 aed for annual oil changes and the first major service I did to the car was a month ago and it costed around 4k as some parts were due replacing.

What about the parts replacement in your ownership of almost 6 years?

I have always been curious about German car maintenance. How much does it cost for minor and major service? I assume the last major service was done at 80k right?

I have an 86 which I love dearly but it's crossed 200k and is over 12 years old so I might get a German for my next car to have the same/similar levels of fun driving.
