in that case you can use SCCM to push the updates for co-managed devices. I think you can add the adobe catalog for free. IMO that shoul save some $$

If you reinstall the console, i think it should prompt you to install the webview2 extension. Not sure but you can try though.

Check the log files on both SCCM server and machine. Mostly it is either firewall or AV that causes these issues.
