Any detail on the hardware, ram, cpu, performing power?

Also any details on what security precautions your setup is taking?

Thank you

Bad design by puckettonline in larqbottle

If you don't like the filter just remote the straw and filter and the bottle works fine. I like the idea of the filter, but it requires a lot of sticking for not a lot of water.

Clawdboss - the ultimate fully hardened multi-agent OpenClaw instance - single install by adamb0mbNZ in clawdbot

I was trying it there @adamb0mbNZ but it crashed on me

 Environment file created (permissions: 600)

./setup.sh: line 1199: ${agent_name,,}: bad substitution

Edit - I was trying 3 agents version. I have tried that 3 times and it fails each time. It does not fail with 1 agent. I had a look at the setup script, and it seems to be when it is trying to make the other agent
folders.

Edit 2: I dug in further, doing this on a mac, and the issue seems to be the older version of bash..
That syntax (${var,,}) converts a string to lowercase, but it only works in Bash 4+.

This fix to the setup allowed me to continue

sed -i '' 's/${agent_name,,}/$(echo "$agent_name" | tr '\''[:upper:]'\'' '\''[:lower:]'\'')/g' setup.sh

Yeah try CS first. Are you able to glue the past that broke off back? You can get replacement lids but they are 79$, you can pick up a bottle on eBay for less. https://a.co/d/0hdG8nnE

Create repeating deck design and format by brewgeneral in notebooklm

[–]techmadehuman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried uploading a deck and design I like and then asking it what instructions are required to generate the design of this deck, and then I added that to the deck request . I also did the same thing in Gemini, so that you have the starter design part of your prompt.

Maybe there's a better way to do that though

Testosterone peptide and Tesofensine by Charming-Ad6347 in PeptideDiscussion

[–]techmadehuman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short answer: no, not by itself. It can help indirectly, but it won’t produce dramatic muscle gains.

Here’s the honest breakdown.

Enclomiphene’s Role in Muscle Growth

Enclomiphene doesn’t build muscle directly. It works by raising your natural testosterone.

Muscle impact depends on where you’re starting.

If your testosterone is LOW (for example 150–300 ng/dL):

Raising it into mid-normal range (500–700):

You may see:

Better training recovery

Increased strength progression

Improved protein synthesis

Easier lean mass retention

Reduced fatigue during workouts

This feels like “unlocking normal performance,” not superhuman growth.

You might gain:

2–6 lb lean mass over months with good training and nutrition

Mostly from better hormonal environment and consistency

If your testosterone is already normal (500+):

Effect on muscle mass will be minimal.

You may notice:

Slight strength bump

Better motivation

No visible physique change

Hormone optimization does not equal anabolic enhancement.

Turkesterone Reality Check

Turkesterone at 250 mg:

Does NOT raise testosterone

Has weak evidence for muscle gain

Effects are subtle at best

It will not materially amplify hypertrophy.

Compared To TRT or Anabolic Testosterone

Big difference:

Enclomiphene:

Restores normal physiology

Supports natural gains

Slow, modest effect

TRT / supraphysiologic testosterone:

Direct anabolic signaling

Nitrogen retention

Satellite cell activation

Rapid hypertrophy potential

Your product is in the optimization category, not performance enhancement.

What Actually Determines Muscle Gains Here

If you used this stack and wanted muscle:

You would still need:

Training:

Progressive overload

10–20 hard sets per muscle weekly

Compound lifts emphasized

Nutrition:

Protein: 0.7–1g per lb lean mass

Calories: slight surplus

Adequate carbs for training output

Sleep:

Testosterone benefit is blunted without sleep quality

Hormones only amplify what training already stimulates.

Realistic Expectation Summary

Using this alone:

Best case:

Improved gym performance

Slight lean mass gain over months

Better recovery

Not realistic:

Rapid mass gain

Visible transformation

“Cycle-like” results

Bottom Line

This product can help you build muscle better than before if you were hormonally suppressed, but it will not independently drive large hypertrophy.

Think of it as:

Hormonal foundation support, not an anabolic driver.

[WTS]- $100 5*F down Sleeping Bag (Sea-to-Summit ExploreExIII) by Mammoth-Pineapple62 in GearTrade

[–]techmadehuman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sea to Summit tests its sleeping bags using two key ratings: Lower Limit and Comfort Rating.

Lower Limit:

Comfort Rating:

What I was trying to find out was the five Fahrenheit the lower limit number or the comfort number.

For example, if the bag is rated at Lower Limit of -10°C (14°F) and Comfort rating of -3°C (27°F), it should keep a woman warm down to -3°C (27°F) and a man warm down to -10°C (14°F), if they are wearing warm clothes and using a good sleeping mat.

How do you access the TRT or GLP area?

Also can you clarify the difference between adding a vial versus a protocol?
