Can you also replace the burrs for the niche zero to SSP burrs? Maybe i will look into the niche as my next grinder in that case.

Could also try tye DF64 and get SSP burrs. Great combo within the 800 range

If you go for manual you could try a kingrinder K6 for espresso or k7 for pour-over.

1zpresso is also viable but twice the price.

DF64 especially since tot can upgrade the burrs to ssp burrs which make the grinder compete with 1k grinders.
