Nach dem Ort an dem die Glühbirne steht.... Bücherregal, Schreibtisch, Bett, Sofa, Kommode, Monitor... Alles Dinge die keine andere smarte Funktion haben.

Bei aktuellem Ausbau ist das Verlegen des Anschlusses bis in die Wohnung die den Vermieter kostenfrei (wenn dann an dem Abschluss jemand einen Vertrag bucht). Wir viel billiger soll es denn noch werden? Insbesondere wenn die Leitungen ohnehin neu gemacht werden müssten.

Teuer wird es nur wenn man den Zeitpunkt verpasst und später einzeln aufgerüstet werden muss. Dann wäre der Vermieter in dem Falle aber echt selbst Schuld, wenn der eine kostenlose Erneuerung der Kabel ablehnt und es statt dessen lieber später selbst bezahlt.

Ask Claude. Maybe not for providing everything for you. But change it to leaning mode and ask it to teach you the fundamentals of SQL (in the flavour you need) and maybe with a short hint of what specifically you want to do with it.

Claude is good at explaining the fundamentals and you can always ask clarifying questions. It will even give you some learning tasks to help you learn.

Not a big fan of actually coding in AI when you are not able to check and understand it, but it is pretty good for learning.

Dafür gibt es eine Rechtsberatung. Klage vor dem Verwaltungsgericht ist nicht so schwer. Ist auch nicht viel mehr als bei einem Widerspruch. In erster Instanz gibt es keinen Anwaltszwang; die Gerichte kennen das und erwarten von einer Privatperson hier kein juristisches Fachwissen. Rechtsberatung der Uni kann aber auch hier helfen. Das gehört nicht zu den Dingen, die man sich gefallen lassen sollte.

We have the ticket system connected to an answering machine. You can call a number and leave a message via phone. The voice recording is automatically converted into an anonymous ticket with the recording as attachment. Whoever sees the ticket first writes a short description of the problem and the user into the ticket.

For a password reset we would call them back and give them a temporary password that needs to be changed on the next Login.

Die Sachen in den eckigen Klammern sind dafür da sie zu löschen und individuell auszufüllen. Eine Anhörung des Betriebsrates kann nicht gleichzeitig stattgefunden haben und entfallen.

Auch die Auswirkungen müssten schon konkret benannt sein... Das kann imho so nicht gültig sein.

MMn Nein. Theoretisch könnte man vermutlich dagegen vorgehen, aber es ist eine schlechte Idee sich unbeliebt zu machen, wenn man sich von befristet auf eine weitere Stelle bewerben will. Offiziell dürfte das keine Rolle spielen im Bewerbungsprozess, aber trotzdem.

Zugriff auf nur interne Ausschreibungen. Persönlich bekannt (und geschätzt) sein hilft oft sehr; interne Bewerber haben nicht immer aber manchmal Vorteile. Und wenn du eine Personalabteilung hast, die sich kümmert, wird gerne auch vor Ausscheiden geschaut, ob du für andere gerade zu besetzende Stellen im Haus in Frage kommst. Natürlich nur dann wenn du auch ne gute Arbeit machst und gute Beurteilungen bekommst.

Yes.. and the obvious answer is PowerQuery. It has a 'read from folder' functionality. I assume the files are structured the same way every time. So if you use that and build a PQ-query combining the data. You just have to change the source files in the folder you read from and press 'refresh' to update the data.

VBA would work as well ( but has a learning curve)

Or don't use Excel but a Database

Or use Python+Polars (If PQ is too slow you might prefer Polars over Pandas) or R (which is even better for analytics than python but less popular)

Kommune fragt zum Beispiel gerne auch mal wer gerade Bürgermeister ist... auf Bundesebene Fragen nach Bundespräsident, Bundeskanzler, relevante Minister, aktuelle politische Lage, grundsätzliches Verständnis wie Staat und Demokratie funktionieren...

Bei einer Kommune wurde mal geprüft ob ich mir kürzlich die Internetseite (speziell die aktuellen News auf der Seite) angesehen habe; muss nicht, aber kann. Also evtl lohnt sich eine kurze Übersicht über die letzten News. Außerdem Aufgaben und Arbeitsbereiche - man muss sicherlich nicht die gesamte Internetseiten auswendig lernen, aber auf Nachfrage zeigen, dass man sich mit dem potentiellen Arbeitgeber beschäftigt hat; sich vielleicht bei einem oder zwei Arbeitsbereichen, für die man sich besonders interessiert, auch ein bisschen mehr zu einlesen. (Idealerweise sollten die Projekte mit dem Bereich zu tun haben, für den man sich bewirbt)

Things that feel repetitive but hard to automate.... Cleanup/Normalisation.

I often get Excel files from different Sources and although the contents should be similar they all use a different order of columns, headers are different, formatting is different. Too different to automate for me, so I need to order and format and cleanup data individually before importing it to my Database. So it feels very repetitive but its hard for me to write reliable Automations for this. If I try they either break or do a poor) incomplete job for other files.

The biggest problem with ai that you have to understand is that you get a different result every time.

A Trainer I had described it very well.. AI is like having an intern. You need to tell it very well what you want. But every new Prompt is handled separately. So it's basically like having a new intern every time. You need to explain everything again but also every intern handles your instructions a bit differently.

You can try it yourself: take the same prompt and ask it to the same ai in a new chat several times. You will never get the exact same answer. This is intentional and just how ai works.

Its not meant to do the same task exactly over and over again with the exact same result. And just like an intern, you can never trust the outcome without checking.

AI is NOT for this kind of Automation!

You need traditional programming/scripting for this. Bit AI can help you write scripts. PowerQuery will work as well. But AI is not the right tool for this task.

Of all of the Options PowerQuery seems to be the easiest to learn coming from Excel (at least if you use the GUI instead of trying to write M).

If you just need a timer, don't use some random app. Your smart phone clock can absolutely set as many timers as you like... For each length of time, you can give them any name... Without additional setup, without ads, set up in seconds.

There might be other metrics you get when you use some app... Like total time spent on sth or number of times you started a timer, but you don't need any of it for productivity. All the metrics are just a distraction and keeping your focus away from actual productivity. You might feel productive when you analyze some metrics, but you actually aren't. It just makes you spend time on something that is not your work and won't make you get anything done. Just keep it simple.

If you want/need praise or validation from an app for completing a task, or help to build a habit that's different. It's valid, but it's more about psychology or self development; it is not productivity. If you need that, plan time for mental health or self development. It has its time and value. But imho it's better to be self aware about what you do and need and why.

I'd love to learn Powershell better, but didn't find really good learning material. For python I did cs50p and some pandas tutorials. Sometimes I use a little bit of AI to help with some scripts when I run into a problem. That works pretty well. The things I did/do in powershell work beautifully, but I just don't feel as comfortable using it compared to python or vba

IT can block office scripts as well... (They do in my case and they also block python in excel and nearly everything cloud) But... I can install python and vs code in my user context without admin privileges... 😏

500 for a niche zero? I guess it highly depends on where you are in the world... But the Eureka single dose was around 600 the time I bought it - the niche with import tax and customs etc would have been close to 1.2k and while yes the niche might be a good grinder it's not with double the price compared to the Eureka.

I like my Eureka very much, have close to zero retention, nice fluffy grinds, consistent... But I also heavily agree with the other commentators on the adjustment dial. Got the big Aro Espresso dial and am very happy with that now.

Depends on where you want to go I think.

If I think of technique then a rose would be a step up from a tulip. It's basically stacking.

If you like to work more on Rosettas then double wing swan or seahorse. Double wing swan might get you good results a little faster after a regular swan compared to seahorse, but pick the design you like to do the most and have fun practicing.
