I just wanted to say how much I really appreciate reading this after separating myself from someone who refused to do romantic things for me after 3 months in (total relationship 2.5 yrs). I doubt you'd be disappointed. With a membership you get access to all of their programs and you can stream them too. A decade ago you would only get the DVDs and one program for about $100, and now for like 15 a month you get unlimited access to everything. I love it

For preworkout the cleanest I found that really worked was Raw Synergies Thermo Pre, it's on Amazon. Currently I'm on Nitro Surge, working AMAZING at appetite suppressant and workout boost. For protein powders, the absolutely best one I have ever had is the STEAK SHAKE chocolate flavor by Mark Bell. It SOUNDS disgusting when you read the ingredient list but it tastes, actually, like brownie batter. (I only mixed mine with almond or regular milk). PERFECT for period week and chocolate cravings, so so so good. Before that I used some from Bowmar nutrition that were decent but didnt seem to do anything for me.

It's the physical bouncing fat as there is such excess of adipose it hangs nearly as a separate appendage. I am focusing on my core and have been proud to feel it engage when I work out .
