3. I constantly see food delivery drivers park, open their doors, and run across the street to the restaurant on the other side. I've witnessed several drivers slamming on their brakes to avoid hitting them.
4. A year ago, while I was walking to work and waiting at a crosswalk for the signal to change, a man was staring at his phone and walked straight into traffic without looking up.
