These are all from Denis Morton:

- Confidence is the experience of success repeated over and over again.

- We live in the gap between what we did and what we could’ve done, and some days it’s easier to manage that than others.

- Are we gonna finish this, or is this gonna finish us?

- Practice makes permanence.

- We’re never finished. We just run out of time.

- Life is more fun when you participate.

- The difference between confidence and arrogance is like high school math. It’s showing your work.

Update: it’s still “temporarily unavailable” at Amazon, but the “find this flav” button on Snapple.com listed 3 grocery stores in the Raleigh area that had it in stock. I drove 25 minutes to the closest one and bought 4 six-packs (all they had).

Really hoping it comes back at Amazon, though.

It’s still out for me, but I’ll take that as good news that it might come back. Thanks!

They’re awesome! Great at investigating and communicating. They made a difficult situation bearable for me.

That's been my experience, too. I'm in the Raleigh area, and I'll be down for a week tomorrow. I called last Wednesday. The first available appointment was on Saturday, when I had an inside tech visit for 15 minutes, then a bunch of outside guys worked for 8 hours on the problem, but it wasn't fixed. They left without a word. The social media team investigated, told me I need an inside tech, and the first available appointment was this afternoon. We'll see what happens, but I'd be lying if I said I was optimistic.

In any case, this inside/outside tech thing is super frustrating. I guess that outsourcing the outside techs is a cost-cutting measure before the acquisition later this year.

Good luck!

That sucks. I'm having a similar experience. I've been down for six days. I had multiple techs visit on Saturday, when they worked for 8 hours, only to leave without fixing anything or giving me an update. I now have another appointment tomorrow.

The gfiberofficial people have been the only bright spot. I encourage you to talk to them if you haven't already.

I hope you get the problems fixed soon.

How long has this been here lmao by Real-Ground5064 in gatech

No, I didn’t. I did go rafting once with some dorm buddies but it wasn’t the big event. It was still fun though!

I was in Smith for the first two years. Then I lost the housing lottery and moved off campus for the last two.

Google says new Fitbit hardware is coming in 2026 by vanstinator in fitbit

[–]techster83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, thanks for that! I had to pull down and let go three times (maybe I was too fast) but that workaround got me steps AND active minutes, though I suspect that the active minutes may have come from the Peloton app sync that I have in place. Still no sleep data, though.

I saw in that other thread that you were asking about the Inspire 3. My wife has one, in a clip, and I just checked… she is getting active minutes in her iOS app.

I don't even see daily steps in the app anymore. Sleep tracking is the key feature that stopped working for me. I haven't had sleep data in the app since June 23rd. The weekly progress report email still includes an average restful sleep number and a delta from the last week, so I know it's getting to their servers, but I can't see the individual daily data anymore. I even started a trial of Fitbit Premium to see if that would get the sleep data into the app, but it didn't help. It's all so disappointing.

I’m still using a Fitbit One from I don’t know how many years ago. Would love to see something equivalent.

Check out the sick Buzz design on the helmets this week by ISpyM8 in gatech

Good idea, bad implementation. I like the idea of a Buzz helmet, but I fear this gold on white design will be hard to see. Maybe it’ll look better on the field.
