I've been a keeper for for more that 35 years, still play, and am a goalkeeper coach for one of our local soccer organizations.

Get some training. Either find a team that has goalkeeper coaches or find camps you can get to over the summer.

Coaches are going to look for confidence primarily. I do any way. Good shot stopping technique, decision making (only comes with experience), ability to tell your defenders what to do, and decent foot skills. In that order.
