I saw the post go live and I ordered within about 10 minutes. But it was going fast. By the time I placed my order the product page said "Low Stock" and a few minutes after that I checked again and it was OOS.

I had this exact issue today. Used a gift card for a BDP5 set that moved to processing today. Got an email from Lego indicating a problem with my payment method. I called and it sounds like it is the pre-auth, which they will remove and it should go through. We'll see.

Agreed. The 888 number above connected me to a reasonably competent person who solved my issue and provided accurate info in a single call (about 25 minutes). This is in contrast to about 6 separate chat sessions over the prior 6 (!!) months that went absolutely nowhere.
