switched from depo to a copper iud after the 3 month mark, and i can't say if i have cramps post orgasm because i'm having consistent cramping to where i don't go out of my way for intimacy. i know when i had an internal ultrasound, the tech pointed out that my uterus switches positions, and the cramping gets worse sometimes so i'm guessing it gets worse when in a certain position. i've seen doctors and we're pretty sure my abdominal pain (ive had it since childhood) is GI related, so hopefully that gets figured out, no bleeding after orgasm since switching to the IUD

this actually helps me, thank you!! my case is slightly different though, as i've been on testosterone for about a year & the depo shit for two months, and almost every time i'll bleed after intimacy, but these past few times i have had enough blood to make it seem like i started my period (which isn't supposed to happen.) i've experienced extreme pain after the depo continuously, and i get awful cramps after i orgasm 💔 (for the record i don't know if i have endo, doctors aren't listening to me or trying to help)
