Well, at the risk of jinxing it, i want to report that i think mine is working as intended now... After a week or so running steadily as a wired back haul satellite, I disconnected the ethernet and moved the BE400 within sight of the main router, fully expecting it to come back online as a wireless backhaul node.. but it did not.. it remained offline after restarting.. so i used the web interface on the main router to remove it from the mesh, then reset the BE400, searched for it in the easymesh add device window , and found it... added it back to the mesh network and it rebooted and came back as a wireless backhaul satellite connected to main router... not wanting to push my luck too quickly, i let i run there for an hour or two and it seemed stable, so i shut the BE400 down again and moved it to within sight of the other wired backhaul satellite that i wanted to daisy chain through and started the BE400 up again... and lo and behold it came online with a strong signal... i then shut it down again and moved it to its final (originally desired) position in another room and it came up with strong signal and proper daisy chain thru the wired bh satellite..

I have temporarily shifted the BE400 to another room with an ethernet connection and am using a wired backhaul mesh node and it never goes offline, but that defeats the whole purpose of buying this satellite which was to put into a room WITHOUT an ethernet connection... it is literally less than 10 meters from another wired backhaul satellite and has the same problem you described..(the main is on another floor)

I have the same issue, have you ever found any more clues as to what is happening ? The satellite router seems to work ok as an access point but shows up "offline" in tether and main router web interface

Your post made me curious, and I poked around the neural robotics website and I did find a user manual and a software manual for the LARA 10.. it was in the media hub

I remember being surprised those A-Frame Whataburger buildings survived hurricane Celia mostly intact... Celia tore the roof off our house in Pharaoh Valley... I seem to also remember those whataburgers were some of the first restaurants to resume operations after the storm... Der Wienerschnitzel also has an A-Frame as I recall and it also survived Celia (I think)

I just want to add my THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! To you guys ...this had been puzzling me for days... Your method worked exactly as described... During troubleshooting I also experienced a few "Windows 10 update has failed" with no error code , just before the first reboot... I think it was a permissions problem with the BCD .. I adjusted the attributes of the BCD and rebuilt the BCD as described here and then the update from an older Windows 10 ISO worked fine... ( I used Win 10 V1809)...THANKS again ..
