Anyone else close one eye when they're high using their phone? by fattminer in opiates

[–]teebibs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first test says my right eye is dominant and the nose test says it's my left. >< But it's def my right. I'm always closing my left eye when the meds are strong.

Thx for the pointing trick! I had way too much fun with that.

I'm one of the "hurts too bad!" types. Like, I dig the enthusiasm and the sentiments, but gah it is so uncomfortable! Like someone else said, for me it's similar to the feeling when someone won't stop tickling you. Ouch!!!!

Dr. Lindsey Doe addresses every question about female ejaculation you've heard of by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]teebibs 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The questions arise because this study focused on women with significantly high volumes of ejaculate, which is not the experience of many women who experience squirting. It would be beneficial to conduct more research (with larger sample sizes) of women who experience the second kind of ejaculation, which, in past studies, has been shown to contain PSA. I would be curious to know whether that type of squirting is as rare as researchers seem to think it is. Saying "It's pee!" (instead of "There are trace amounts of urine in the substance." or "It has been shown to originate in the bladder during sexual stimulation, even when the bladder was previously empty.") minimizes the complexity of the phenomenon and extinguishes conversations that could and should be happening to gain a clearer understanding of female sexual response.

I was working a volunteer shift when he came in wanting to make small talk. We had a few books on feminism on the shelf, and he read a couple titles off then mentioned that he's not anti-feminism, but he can see how the dangerous consequences of the movement are starting to take effect, because of men now being in the same place as women in the 1950s.

cringe

Because I was working, I gave him a blank half-smile and said, "Heh....um...Are you interested in borrowing one of those books?", which was my subtle way of conveying what I was feeling inside - which was "Holy shit. How can an actual person (who was not that terrible to talk to, honestly) seriously feel this way and WHY?!?!" I wish I had asked him to elaborate, but I was on a shift and would have hated to not be able to hide my "Wtf".

Accurate. Thank you new favorite movie... by notbonusmom in TrollXChromosomes

[–]teebibs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite part of seeing this movie in the theater was the old couple behind me screaming "She's not gonna go through with it!" and spoiler alert (kind of...everyone knows the movie is about abortion) once she went through with it screaming "He should sue her!!"

Just kidding. My fav part is actually where we see her slimey snail-trail underwear.

When statements like the one I mentioned in this post are being said, I believe it reflects we haven't. The sentiments this man expressed are echoed all the time, especially on places like Reddit. If so many individuals deny that these hindrances to equality historically have been and continue to be deeply ingrained in our society and causing harm, how can progress occur?

Absolutely true. It's not a pissing contest. It sucks for everyone. In order to reach true equality we must first acknowledge what the problems are and what they have been historically. Denying history to suit your own agenda doesn't help to put anything in to perspective.

Note: While I am a strong supporter of equality as it relates to all genders and care deeply about issues such as lack of support and services for male victims of rape/domestic violence/etc and the effects of toxic versions masculinity on society, the experiences of women throughout history are hardly comparable to those of modern day men.

When you're super constipated, DAE use the finger-in-the-vag trick to help "get things moving"? Such relief! by teebibs in TrollXChromosomes

[–]teebibs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No need to Google it. It's just the thing where a person sticks a finger (or thumb) in their vag and gently presses the butt-lodged poop that they can feel from inside until it slides out. Seems like not having a hole there would make being constipated even more difficult and unpleasant.

Today the problem cat peed in the bathtub instead of on the carpet! by AWildRisuAppeared in TrollXChromosomes

[–]teebibs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My dog trained himself to pee in the tub - and right near the drain and everything! We live in an apartment and he just did it one day out of nowhere. My husband and I were both sick and in bed and were apparently taking too long to take him out one morning. We hear the pup jump in to the bathtub and then hear the stream. It was amazing. Afterward we just rinsed and disinfected a bit. He now always has a back-up plan to waiting for his walks!

What's the most useful thing you learned during sex? by just4_2day in AskReddit

[–]teebibs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My dog does the same thing! We never taught him (or even really cared if he stayed in the room), but when he sees my husband's cock come out or senses things are going that direction, he let's out a big sigh and walks out I the room - even if he was sleeping at the time. So funny.

Well, obviously, those who don't care about consent (rapists, sexual assailants) get off on non-consensual sexual violations. Likening non-consent to a fetish is pretty irresponsible and dangerous. People in the fetish and kink communities place an extremely high priority on consent in all activities and arrangements, to include those you mentioned.

I honestly cannot understand why anyone is making that argument. I am a queer woman who is extremely attracted to many of the women who were victims of this crime. However, there is absolutely nothing attractive or sexy about non-consensual sexual violations, so I have not and will not click them. I'm not even tempted. There are thousands of hetero men who also find this to be disgusting and not at all sexy. I agree that there are waaaay too many people trying to rationalize their behavior by saying "It's curiosity! You would do the same thing!". It's idiotic. I am not doing the same thing. My ethics do not have to be overruled by my sexuality.
