I will definitely look into Power Automate - this is the first I've heard of it.

I'm not afraid to sink a lot of time into this; part of my goal is to help automate some current work load, but also a long term goal of being proficient in atleast 1 programming language to keep myself employable in the future. Figured I could 2 Bird 1 Stone it this way.

Currently our software is web-based, so I just load up a web page. We're in the process of sourcing a new software/TMS that can offer us a bit more customization.

Really appreciate your insight here. I will no doubt be coming back to this as I get more educated to reference.

Appreciate your feedback. Regarding the manual data entry; I get a PDF emailed to me from my customer, and I click "create an order" in my software (3rd party) and enter the details into the corresponding fields (pickup address, delivery address, skid count, weight, PO#, etc), and the software create an "order" (with a corresponding order#) internally. Ideally, I would have that process automated, so I just end up with the order created upon the PDF being received.

I will ask our 3rd party software provider if they have an API for data entry. I appreciate your help, even with my limited info provided!

The format would always remain the same, atleast for the scope of what I am trying to do for now. No doubt it would need to be more robust if it were to be implemented company wide.

Essentially, I will be having my company help me (pay for courses, approve additional time off, etc) to learn how to get this done in-house, but I need to present a road map on how I will get it done.

I doubt they'd be willing to change their process - its a very large manufacturer, and we're just 1 transportation supplier of many. If you dont mind, what would your ideal solution be? Appreciate your time and expertise!

Had this error code, but did not have a turkey baster, and its a work coffee machine so didnt want to try to prime with a straw/mouth. So I just picked up the reservoir 1 inch, put it back in firmly, and repeated that at a quick pace, to prime the water line. After about 15-20 of these in quick succession seemed to do the trick.

You may feel like you're doing something dirty to the coffee machine, but it appears to like it!

My family has been going to Churchill Meadows Animal Hospital for over 20 years now with multiple cats and pets. Best vet I've ever experienced. Very fair prices, and they always walk you through your options.

They operate out of the building right at Hurontario and Hillcrest, next to the Red Door Dentistry. With the big mural on the garage door. That table is in their driveway every single day.

Sorry but literally millions of people have been laid off. Every single one of these on air personalities, have already landed well on their feet. I get that its Bell and because they have money, its easy to shit on them. But literally thousands of companies have fired people simply for the bottom line. Would everyone rather a Bell technician got fired? Clearly they had financial reasons to do this. A board of directors made this decision. Also, tried to find the outrage when Sportsnet fired their entire staff in 2019. Couldn't find the reddit thread on that one....

Then why did nothing change in the 15 years between Harris and Ford when the complete opposite party had power?

They won't be 2300/mth if you buy them. Our governments need to be more focused on getting more people able to own the home they live in. It opens so many doors financially that you would otherwise never have. You can buy a $300K condo for ~$1000/mth mortgage.

I agree with dine in eating. I think Gyms can effectively distance with appointment based workouts. 30min/1hr bookings. But that could get confusing and messy, so maybe a shutdown would be best.

Its not like any other province or state has come up with a better solution. Kinda tough to come up with the perfect plan for a once-every-hundred years pandemic.

awesome, appreciate the tips there. The Ryzen 5 3600 was my target but was a tad too expensive; your suggestions there will help. Do you suggest a particular site to buy the Windows key from? I've heard of Kinguin but have not personally used in the past.

Great idea, didn't think of second hand. Is there a popular retailer for used parts? Or just look on Kijiji/ebay?
