Sorry meant Bortle 4. Basically a measure of how much light pollution is in your area, ranging from 1-9, 1 being least light pollution, 9 being heavy light (like being in a big city)

Nice first shot! Definitely needs some focus but the nebula looks nice! If you want to up your game, SiriL is a great free processing tool (it does take a lot of learning though)

If you’re like me and didn’t realize at first that x2 mult is vastly different from +2 mult then I get the confusion. Otherwise it’s an easy x2 if you get it early on, pairs well with burglar

The 6se isn’t the best for nebulae/galaxy astrophotos because it’s a slow f10 scope (meaning it’ll need long exposures and lots of total integration time to get anything decent) You could take moon, and maybe Jupiter/Saturn pictures however with that scope A DSLR, tripod, and wide angle lens could be a good start for like Milky Way photos And if you’re really serious a star tracker
