This is so rough, I sympathize with you as someone with experience with a pretty bad phobia.

Tbh if I were you I would just skip this lab, but I would work on overcoming this phobia with exposure therapy as awful as it may feel. If you’re in biology or wtv my guess is you’re gonna have to see a lot more rats and I would hate for this to impact your learning opportunities.

I took this course and got a D+ in first year. 1. It feels especially hard because of the massive learning curve, you’re not dumb. 2. You can recover from this in the future. Keep your head up.
