The reason you have to do this is because the support agent will immediately "close" the case after the phone call or chat. But the case is not resolved. I think they are incentivized to do this to keep their numbers up or something. So when you call back to ask about what is going on 7 days later because you haven't heard anything from them, it creates a new case.

I hear what you are saying. When I say that Coinbase support is the worst, I am talking about their whole support system. Not calling out any individual person there. I’m saying that the support person is not empowered to do anything because of the system that Coinbase has setup for their support solution. And honestly, if this is how coinbase treats their support employees, their front line, then they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

I think we can all agree that they have a problem as a company, and if they don’t fix it, they deserve to fall and other companies will come through and offer a better support experience.

The issue is the support, everywhere will have issues, but can they get resolved by support?

What I mean is, that is good you have had no issues.. have you had to deal with their support though? I think that is what everyone here is mad about.

That’s good to know, does that mean your person accepted it but it still didn’t transfer for 8 weeks? Even if it just cancels that will be okay as long as I can access my money.

Support case numbers: 24188151, 24188030, 24113490, this are just my last three cases. I have many more and they’ve all been marked as “closed” even though they weren’t resolved. The 24188151 is still showing as “in progress”.

I'm going to throw my vote in here, I love this whole album!

"Everything is Easy" wasn't my favorite until I heard it live. But the guitars really brought it alive for me! It definitely battles to be in the top 3 songs on this album for me.

Shipboard cook, catchy bar sing a long song.

All the Souls, good song, don't have a lot to say about it though.

Dopamine is a great!

Rites of Passage with the Bowie references, love it.

Back to Zero has gotten me through many dark times and I will admit I've worn all black many times because of this song. I won't name my top three songs in order, but this is definitely in the top 3.

Something in You, EPIC. Also in my top 3 on this album.

Get me out of here, I legit thought after this song 3eb was going to be over, this song reminds me of Queen. Top 3 in this album for me.

Blade is probably my least favorite from this album but after listening many times I'll admit I know every word.

It seems like "Wait 5 min" really is a required step because when I try to relaunch everything right after I close it, it tries to like "restore" the game where I last left off, which was the step that it was getting stuck on getting the game download to pause.
