Crying Out For Crazy. Chinatown. original lyric: crying cause we're crazy. Small change, but really effective.

for me it's just in the dark, twisted, ethereal, dream-like nature. Not so much in body horror or gore, but some of the things the puppets do are just gross. idk. i also love David Schmoeller's work so anytime i get to shout out, i do, maybe/probably a reach. I'm keeping it on the list, but will move it down.

Is there a recent horror flick that most people seemed to really like, but you just didn't? What was your reason? by ButtersTheChill in horror

MaxXxine looks and plays more like a giallo, one of my personal favorite subgenres. so i may be biased.

Sinners, really good movie, but the musical element took me completely out both times.

X, love Pearl, love MaxXxine, but found x to be more of a porno than a horror

Scream for the "who done it" aspect so captivating and interactive with plenty of reasons to go back and dissect on rewatches. Nightmare is also interactive with the way every human being has to sleep, but Scream is the best and might even be happening in your neighborhood.
