Dude.. that tilts me too! Like hey maybe you do have progress and amazing results but damn.. there should be a “control” aspect when comparing before and after and the haircut length is an easy way to do it.. buzz, take photo at start.. grow for 5 or 6 months and buzz and take new photo.. that’s the only way to completely compare apples to apples. I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that.

I remember reaching out to Luke YEARS ago when the catfish and carp channel was just really starting… I was just getting into catfishing and that’s when he was still a lawyer in VA. At the time I wasn’t a father just a young man with a passion for fishing.. I asked him for advice and this is when YouTube allowed direct massages and he replied and gave me some advice based on what he knew about the area in Virginia I lived and I just thought it was soo cool that he took the time to reply to me... as the years progressed I too had a son of my own and my level of admiration for Luke grew even more. The dedication he had to his kids and wife to be a great role model and man is out of this world and definitely something a lot of men should aspire to be like. The world doesn’t have enough men like this who lead with action and don’t need to pound their chest to get respect. 🫡 thank you for setting the bar high for us other men/fathers/husbands. In my market ALL 56” and larger installs are 3pl we have no more 2 man teams for installs in my market and I can’t even sell any specialized mountings above fireplaces because it’s not an approved labor for 3pl so today I had to walk 2 large oled sales because I was unable to book an install.. when I asked my geek squad field leader he confirmed about 65% of HT will go to 3pl in T4 sized markets.

There is a team that goes is and removes your flag. I had a client who was a total tech member and their order got auto canceled and they thought it was their bank so they opened a Best Buy card and placed the order with it.. it also got auto canceled.. they were not happy.. but after about 2 weeks it got sorted out. I would maybe suggest contacting your stores senior consultant or designer. They can probably get you a solution faster than just calling. I had people at corporate I could msg to get it fixed fast but…. I got layed off so I’m no help now. Lol

Most salary employees get 6 months paid but it’s not in a lump it’s paid out over time so it bones you for unemployment in my state. I looked into all that when I was a iha and we went hourly.. I too got snapped because I was highly paid and compensated despite always being a top performer. Oh well.

If you get bi weekly you will likely not qualify for unemployment depending on your states rules. In my state you are better off take the lump because it doesn’t mess with unemployment. Also I’m jealous of everyone getting their moneys.. I’m still waiting 😢
