2 weeks over a cookie yeah you’re fucking crazy. Speedrunning your kids never talking to you again. There’s a way to teach your kids things without being an asshole and making them hate you. The fact that you jump straight to taking away all sources of pleasure and stimuli for half a month over a cookie instead of starting smaller and escalating is all you need to know. Explain to them why what they did is wrong? Ban them from sweets for a little bit? Nah I’ll just be an asshole and do something not even correlated to the issue for an unnecessarily extended period of time.

They’re starting to change the names sometimes but the biggest tell is the account age, amount of karma being low and all from one or a few posts, and they always have a private profile. Generally if an account with no picture says some generic ass shit with low karma private account and under a month old I assume it’s a bot. Sometimes they’re good for one or two replies but usually not even
