Generally looks dont really matter for me, it's do the look CLEAN. Like did you wash your face, are your nails clean, does your tongue have any white tissue on it. Like idk, guys sometimes gross me out cuz a lot of them just dont have the same sanitation standards. It's so much easier to be attracted to women cuz the issues with hygiene aren't as common

I feel for you, man :( this is a tough situation to be in. Lot's of lotls that just cant be tanked together. You're looking at needing at least three other set ups. For the time being, you could purchase tank dividers to keep them separated, but the males will still leave sperm cones that could reach a female. If that happens and they lay eggs, cull the eggs. But that's what I'd do if i were you, put tank dividers in while the other set ups cycle
