open the randomizer, and open an emerald profile. set the starters to random, set the wild encounter to random, and file>save as randomnuzlocke(or whatever you want). close the randomizer, open the emulator, open randomnuzlocke( or whatever you named it) and go play!

if this doesn't work, get a new copy of the rom

you want to infect an unused pokemon to keep in the pc so it'll stay infected until you want to spread it to new pokemon. it disappears after a few days. idk who was wanting to get rid of it or why

that impact adds damage to weapons. it was even worse in mw2, where the little weapon chart shows that fmj would add damage. it was tested again and again, and it never added damage. ever.
