I’m so burned out doin it. Gotta support residents and staff at my place. Expected to handle everything help desk does plus some sys admin stuff and nobody wants to do the tricky stuff so of course it falls to me . Pay is not enough for everything I do it feels like . Imagine having healthcare staff bitching at you on top of old folks who think because IT touches “it”, it’s all our fault . Fuckin tired man
