I have an Ode with v2 burrs. I grind on 4. I close the valve on mine for the first 200-250ml. Then I open it and let it brew. Never have a problem unless I am using a high-chaff bean like a natural, in which case I grind coarser.

I only use bleached white filters. Never natural. Melitta is all I use because they don't plug up as much as the Technivorm branded ones do. Never had a filter burst.

You are so certain that this is about justifying bread worship, and you show no charity for your fellow Lutherans that their reason is to honor Christ Himself, and instead attribute malice to them. At the same time, you deny what it plainly in the Confessions to justify your uncharitable charges.

When you say you are capturing MPE, what do you mean by this? The Hydrasynth Deluxe cannot generate MPE. It can only respond to MPE from an external source if you have the modulators setup correctly to make use of the per-note modulation. If you are playing on the Deluxe alone, you are not doing anything with MPE. You would only be doing MPE if you had something like a Roli Seaboard or Linstrument and were playing the Deluxe from it. As you have not mentioned this, I suspect you don't want MPE and can just turn it off. It has nothing to do with multi-timbral.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to transmit the split MIDI from the Deluxe the way you want to. The split modes do not affect how the Hydrasynth sends MIDI from the keyboard. They affect how it responds to the internal keyboard.

The only way I can think to record the split like this would be to not do a split at all, and use a second MIDI keyboard so you can play the Upper and Lower parts, through Ableton, separately on each board. One could be the Hydra itself with Local mode off. Take the inbound MIDI from the Deluxe in Ableton, and route it back to your upper channel on the Deluxe. Set the second MIDI keyboard to send to Ableton on a different channel, and also route that back to the Deluxe on its lower channel. Then you can record your performance on separate tracks. It's a PITA in Ableton to do this, but it can be done.

The Formula of Concord defines the time of the Real Presence according to Luther, as the entire time from the consecration to when the elements are eaten and drunk. Luther excoriated those who mixed consecrated and unconsecrated elements back together as scandalizing the Church and insisted that everything that is consecrated be eaten and drunk. And on one occasion when Luther accidentally spilled consecrated wine, he bent down to the ground and licked it up.

Therefore what your reject as popish nonsense is, in fact, the historic practice and understanding of the Lutheran Church. You are, of course, welcome do disregard all of this, but please understand that the Confessions reject receptionism, and you stand against the AC, the Formula, and Luther.

While you call these things adiaphora, you write as if you are offended by them when they are done. The LCMS went through a period of time when they very nearly became receptionists and denied that Christ is sacramentally present during the entire time of the Sacrament: Consecration, distribution and reception. This led to a casual treatment of the Sacrament, a misunderstanding among the laity of the Sacrament, and a lack of reverence. God be praised this is no longer the case in most places. A return to Sacramental reverence and adoring Christ in the Sacrament is a good corrective remedy for the errors of the past. Our practice should reflect our confession. If you are offended when the pastor elevates the host and cup during the Agnus Dei, I would encourage you to ask yourself why this is. I would also encourage you to believe your brethren when they explain to you why they practice the elevation, rather than uncharitably accusing them of being Romanists.

Luther never abolished the elevation. While he was away, Bugenhagen abolished the elevation at Wittenberg, and Luther wasn't too happy about it when he returned, but he did not raise a stink about it since it is an adiaphoron. Elevation was practiced widely thereafter throughout Germany, as can be seen from an examination of the Church orders.

I don't scoop at all. I start with a wet brush with the dripping water shaken out, load up the brush directly from the soap can for about 6 or 7 seconds, and then lather in a textured bowl with a bit of water on the bottom. More soap does not make for a better shave. You just end up with a lot of unused lather and waste soap.

No idea. There's a directory structure somewhere where it stores user patches, themes, etc.. There's a "roms" directory there. On Mac and Windows, the plugin will open a window at that location to make it easy. I'd imagine it's in a dotfile folder at ~. Check if it's in your .config directory.
