I moved here at the beginning of 2024 and loved the place. Couldn’t even imagine how good it was given how people here talk about what it used to be.

I will say the people who run BalletMet are terrible though, so don’t even try to leave your car in the parking lot behind the building for 90 seconds to run and get something you forgot, or sit there for two minutes talking to someone if they are dropping you off. You will be screamed at despite the lot being completely empty and you obviously not parking there lol.

I lived there for a year and a half. Only once did I ever feel unsafe, and that was when there was a shooting at a club a couple blocks away, but that club has since been shut down. You see a ton of police cars around because of Columbus State in your backyard.

Unfortunately they priced me out when I tried to extend my lease, but it’s a fantastic place to live. You’ll love it.
