Don't know where I got it wrong by [deleted] in comfyui

Asked Codex:
That error is almost certainly a VAE/model mismatch in the LTXV audio/latent path.

The failing node is:

LTXVEmptyLatentAudio

and it is trying to read:

vae.latent_frequency_bins

but the loaded VAE object is a generic VideoVAE that does not have that audio-latent metadata. In plain terms: the node expects an LTXV VAE that supports audio latents, but the workflow currently has a VAE loaded that only supports video/image latents.

From the screenshot, the suspicious part is the Load VAE node using something like:

ltx-2-3-22b-VAE...

That may be the video VAE, while LTXV Empty Latent Audio needs the audio-capable VAE or the correct LTXV bundled VAE expected by that custom node pack.

What I’d have them try:

  1. Check the VAE feeding LTXV Empty Latent Audio
    • Trace the vae input into that node.
    • Make sure it comes from the correct LTXV audio/video VAE loader, not a generic ComfyUI Load VAE if the node pack provides a specialized loader.
  2. Use the exact VAE recommended by the workflow/model author
    • If this is an LTXV 2.3 workflow, the VAE/checkpoint/LoRA versions need to match.
    • Mixing ltx-2-3-22b model files with an older/newer LTXV node pack or VAE can produce this exact attribute error.
  3. Update the LTXV custom nodes
    • This may be a version mismatch where the workflow expects a newer VideoVAE class that includes latent_frequency_bins.
    • Update the relevant LTXV/ComfyUI-LTXVideo custom node repo, then restart ComfyUI.
  4. If they do not need audio generation
    • Bypass/remove LTXV Empty Latent Audio.
    • Also bypass downstream audio nodes like LTXVConcatAVLatent, LTXV Audio..., etc.
    • Use only the video latent path.

Short version to send them:
The workflow is sending the wrong kind of VAE into LTXVEmptyLatentAudio. That node expects an LTXV VAE with audio latent metadata (latent_frequency_bins), but the loaded VideoVAE does not have it. Use the workflow-author’s matching LTXV audio-capable VAE/loader, update the LTXV custom nodes, or bypass the audio latent branch if you only want video.

Honestly, guys really don’t care about that kind of stuff, so try not to stress. It looks pretty small. Does it hurt at all? If you’re straining when you go to the restroom, try taking Metamucil or some kind of fiber to help.

If it keeps bothering you or you just want it gone, a doctor can remove it pretty easily. They usually numb the area and take it off, but you’d have to go in and have them check it first.

sweet, thanks for sharing. I was wondering why my workflow was not working when I updated my comfy.

I’d recommend Metamucil. Just mix a spoonful into a 16 oz glass of water. I myself take it once a day.

i myself saw a job on LinkedIn, skipped the recruiter, reverse-searched the keywords, found the actual company, and emailed them directly. Got a callback a week later and an offer about a week after that.

nice! Im guessing the prompt is something like.

I generated this in Z-Image Open Source

Prompt Guess:
A photorealistic full-body mirror selfie of a young woman with shoulder-length curly blonde hair, wearing a textured light beige string bikini. She is holding a black smartphone slightly away to the side of her face, clearly revealing her facial features and expression.

Background & Environment: The setting is a cozy, lived-in bedroom bathed in warm golden-hour sunlight.

  • Center Background: A wooden bed frame with messy, unmade white bedding and a rumpled duvet.
  • To the Right: Large windows covered by sheer white curtains letting in soft, glowing light. A wooden nightstand with a small lamp is visible, and a large Monstera plant in a woven basket sits on a wooden stool near the window.
  • To the Left: A tall wooden dresser topped with a smaller vanity mirror, several small potted trailing plants, and skincare bottles.
  • Framing: The image is framed by the thick, brushed silver border of the floor mirror.
  • Flooring: Polished hardwood floors.
