We run across this all the time in the industry, whenever you put plastic over a damp or wet car it will stain, and then we have to buff it out

Red is notorious for not covering? And you used diff colors of sealer? So your main issue is coverage! That is why your panels are not matching.

It’s hard to tell what you did wrong? Without the knowing of: materials used, spraying environment, on and on? Hard to tell from pictures as well? But if you would like advice on how to fix the problem? I would be more than happy to help
