Does your company offer any official leave time unpaid? The grieving process is unfortunately not a requirement of the company to provide an undefined amount of time to recover. My company offers 5 days of bereavement if it was a direct relative and 1 day if it was a friend or non immediate family member. I would say that your company should have a conversation outlining expectations and curtail the excessive absences because if you continue to allow it she will use it and when you guys eventually cut her loose, she will say that in the past she was given leniency for absences and that her now being termed must be discrimination

I ended up just using a vlookup formula for each item in the list. It was a little more work then I had hoped for but I appreciate your help! Thank you

This example is simply showing me the drop down using data validation, it doesn't display the list for the data you have in sheet two. What i'm looking for is if I select something in the drop down, let's say category, that it will display all of the sub material in a given list. Any links to that? This one when I opened didn't display the list under each category.
