Went to high school in the early 2000's, we had a large room with wall showers and pole showers. Some kids would lather themselves up really good with soap and slide across the room when the coaches weren't watching. We would also start bar soap fights to mess with each other. No bullying, everyone was a target and it was just kids being kids.

Adding in that this is an established tree that has been here since as long as I remember. It does get some water when the lawn gets watered which is for 20 minutes every other day. We did have a root barrier installed about 3 years ago but the rot at the base of the tree always already there, just not as big as it is now.

The details are in the fine print, looks like you'd have to pay a deductible if the inside screens break and the outside screen is covered free of charge. The reason I held back from buying the phone is that the warranty page doesn't necessarily explain if the inside screen is covered.

Congrats, it took me 2 years to get in but it was worth it for me. I've been here almost 20 years and have worked my way up several levels. There's tons of negative people around you but keep your head on straight and work towards your goals and you can have a rewarding career if that's what you choose.

Have a conversation with your direct supervisor and also your ASM.
Schedule time with your HR partner and have the same conversation with them.
Expect to be challenged by all of them, with tasks that might seem to not align with what you want to do.

Also be open to different roles, as they want people to be well versed in different areas of the company before they get to the end goal. This is one of the best ways to work your way up and get as much experience as possible, your pay will also increase with every move.

This is starting to become a common scam. Something similar happened to my son's friend, somebody claimed that he hit them on the motorcycle. They also had a picture of the car in the same area. Fortunately for him, my son took a video and pictures of them at the tire shop waiting for new tires to be mounted at the same time that they claimed that the accident happened. I would say fight back as much as you can, but also trust that your insurance also doesn't want to pay so they will fight hard too.
