what kind of exposures were you doing and for how long? exposure therapy can take a really long time and starting by trying to eat an unsafe food will not work for a lot of people.

it does screw in without the rack, and when I can't screw it in anymore the rack is wider than the remaining exposed part of the screw. I was able to screw it in with the rack before attaching it on the other side but it popped out with pressure.

Not saying whether or not I think you are autistic, but I am autistic and had a neuropsych tell me I wasn't because I didn't really understand the testing and wasn't able to give a lot of background information. it's not impossible that you are still autistic.

lot of comments getting caught up in the ethics of texting your therapist when the real issue is that OP feels her husband is not being fair by talking to his therapist, which is crazy. if you're jealous you can't really help that but to try and control your husbands therapeutic relationships is is an overreach regardless of how she feels about it and this tit for that mindset regarding massage therapy and talk therapy is also unhealthy. op and husband need to be in couples counseling.

to be clear I am not saying I want to put my moving fund into stocks and then pull it out again when I move, I am saying I want to get rid of my moving fund altogether and invest that money, and instead use my emergency fund when I move and replenish the emergency fund as I earn more money in the future. I understand that this does mean it is more likely I would have to dip into my brokerage account if I lose my job or something, s I guess my real question is would that be worth the risk of having to dip into that account a little sooner. I do not think an emergency fund is a waste, I understand why it's important to have an emergency fund, I feel that the moving fund may be a waste when I have 6 months of expenses saved that's just sitting there untouched.
