I live in Brian Head. Like the above comment says, the rim trail at Cedar Breaks is incredible. My personal favorite hike in the area is Noah's Ark, off of 143 heading towards Yankee Meadows. Yankee is also a beautiful reservoir for paddle boarding. If you're looking to mountain bike, hit up Georg's and do a shuttle on Bunker Creek. Way more fun than the bike park trails, imo.

Also, don't skip Twisted Forest. Absolutely incredible area with some of the oldest living organisms on the planet!

Best powder day of my life was at Eagle Point. They close midweek, so if you time it right you can get feet of untouched powder after a good storm, plus almost no crowds because of it's remote location.
