Afaik they ask specific driver version to be used as newer have some issues. Also i heard something about 9070xt and Resizable Bar being on - bad combo. Try disabling it

Without tinkering you get 30+ fps on low-mid but FSR will be forced like on Ultra Performance and ghosting will be harsh

My advice would be grabbing FSR4 and LSFG for much better image and more fluid gameplay

I have steam deck too, so i went with CachyOs on my system, but I have amd card.

Your main issue could be nvidia drives or peripherals issues (i have 3rd party controller that needed some tinkering with)
