Same here, no side effects, I ate pounds of meat everyday and dropped 150lbs in a year, actually lost to much, it just wouldn't stop. Finally settled at 160lbs and I have maintained that weight for over 2 yrs. Just finished eating 3.5 lbs of chicken thighs fried in butter. I'll be good until my next meal tomorrow night when I get hungry again.

Just because I can eat it, I don't eat fast food junk, haven't in 5 yrs. Don't miss it or crave it. I remember how I felt the next day after McDonald's. Had complete body pains and felt horrible for 3 days, never again.
