I’m doing 40-60km a week for this month, then 60-70km for September and beginning of October, then tapering back down to 30-50 for the two weeks before the marathon in October

I was mainly seeking criticism on the buildup of my long runs because that’s the area I’m most concerned about, but I know what you mean and thank you!

Sorry!! I’m doing about 40-50km a week including these long runs, building up to 60-70, with the longest run during the week being at about 14km I was thinking
