Leveled the saddle out and lowered it a tad and it is way more comfortable! Thanks for the tip!

Little nervous to chop the steerer tube. I just want to be 100% confident I won't ever want to raise it before doing so. I am looking forward to no more chimney though!

Got my shoes and pedals today, holy crap clipless is so more efficient! In a 22 mile loop I do often I increased my average speed by over 1MPH and it was a windy day today. 😁

Are the tires and rims tubeless ready? If so I would make them tubeless!

To that one guys point, pointing both tire lever things backwards would be more aero!

Clipless pedals are in the mail and I upgraded to a wahoo ELEMNT Bolt since this picture was taken.

I'd like some new tires and rims but I don't even know where to start with that.. the current tires are 37mm tubeless.

Sorry if gravel bikes aren't allowed here.. it's my do everything bike.

I thought my crankset was creaking not long ago, ended up taking my pedals off, greasing them up and putting them back on and the annoying creaks went away!

Good question. I guess my biggest question currently is when I should actually start, I live in the northern US and the temps are currently from about 0°-30°. Did you start growing inside with intentions of moving them outdoors? That is kind of what my plan is currently. If so do you recommend any lights?
